Supervised Community Contact

Supervised Community Contact is organised through a standard referral process. Parents can rest assured that handovers are managed by our specialist team of contact supervisors. Our team ensures a safe and supportive environment for parent-child interactions. This service offers an alternative environment for families, where contact takes place within the community.

Direct observations are conducted, and comprehensive reports are created. Our staff are actively present to ensure the well-being and comfort of everyone participating.

Virtual Contact

We provide facilitated virtual contact through secure video platforms like Teams, ensuring safe, structured interactions between parents and children, when they are unable to be face-to-face.

Our service offers a flexible and accessible solution for families, legal professionals, and social workers, tailored to individual needs.

With a focus on security and well-being, our team monitors and supports each session, creating a positive and seamless experience in a controlled digital environment.

Hospital Contact

Our Hospital Supervision service provides reliable, impartial support for parents during challenging times. We offer compassionate, judgement-free supervision in hospital settings, ensuring essential parent-child interactions take place safely.

Handover Services

Our Handover Services provide a safe and neutral environment for the transfer of children between parents or carers. Handovers can take place at our Centre or in the community, depending on the agreed arrangements. Parents do not need to meet, as our experienced contact supervisors manage all transitions.
